
Ritika S. Modi is a Mumbai-based professional with over 10 years of experience working across both small and large organizations. She holds an MSc in Botany from Mithibai College and an MBA from NMIMS, with a dual specialization in Marketing (major) and Human Resources (minor).
Her professional experience includes working in the capacity of an employee across sectors such as manufacturing, e-commerce, consulting and BFSI. She has been primarily involved in human resource management, business operations and process development, with exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives.
She also has hands-on experience working in her family-run manufacturing business, focused on scientific glassware and PTFE products. This has provided her with practical exposure to working with blue-collar teams, as well as an understanding of shop-floor operations, machinery and technology.

For me, Kensho reflects a personal moment of realization shaped by years of working across different organizations and industries. I saw firsthand that many business challenges were not due to lack of effort or intent, but due to the absence of clear structures, defined processes and consistent people practices. This repeated pattern led to a clear understanding of where real value could be created.
Kensho was built from that insight.
