1. Services Offered

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work ("SOW") agreed upon in writing between the parties.
2. Website Use
The content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, case study summaries, blog posts, and tools — is provided for general informational purposes only.
- You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, or professional purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

3. HR Health Audit Tool
The HR Health Audit is a free diagnostic questionnaire available on the Site. By completing and submitting the audit:
- You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- You consent to Kensho HR Solutions storing your submission and using it to contact you regarding HR consulting services.
- You acknowledge that the audit results are indicative and diagnostic in nature — they do not constitute professional HR, legal, or compliance advice.
- Kensho HR Solutions may use aggregated, anonymised data from audit submissions for benchmarking, research, or content purposes.
Important: The HR Health Audit score and results are generated algorithmically based on your inputs. They are a starting point for conversation, not a definitive assessment of your company's HR standing. Kensho HR Solutions accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of audit results.
4. Paid Services — HR Roadmap Report (₹999)
The HR Roadmap Report is a personalised document prepared by Ritika Modi based on your audit responses. The following terms apply:
- Payment of ₹999 is required in full before the report is delivered.
- Delivery timeline is typically 3–5 business days from the date of payment and receipt of complete audit data.
- The report is prepared specifically for your company and is non-transferable.
- Due to the bespoke, manually-prepared nature of the report, no refunds are offered once work has commenced. If you have concerns before work begins, please contact us within 24 hours of payment.
- The report contains recommendations based on information you have provided. Implementation of recommendations is solely at your discretion and risk.
5. Consulting Engagements
For project-based, retainer, or full engagement services, the following general terms apply (in addition to any specific terms in your SOW):
- Proposals and SOWs are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Commencement of work requires a signed SOW or written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
- Payment terms are as specified in the SOW. Late payments may attract a delay fee of 1.5% per month or as agreed.
- Confidentiality — Kensho HR Solutions will keep all client business information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
- Intellectual property — deliverables created for you (SOPs, policies, job descriptions, frameworks) become your property upon full payment. Our underlying methodologies and templates remain our intellectual property.
- Cancellation — either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed to the date of termination is billable at the applicable rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law:
- Kensho HR Solutions provides services based on professional experience and best practices. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., reduced attrition by a specific percentage, cost savings, or legal compliance in every scenario).
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the Site.
- Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Kensho HR Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For matters requiring legal opinion (e.g., specific compliance questions, litigation), you should consult a qualified legal professional.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

- The HR Audit tool will produce results that are accurate for every organisation's unique context.
8. Testimonials

- Results described are specific to those clients' circumstances and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Kensho HR Solutions is not responsible for any action taken or not taken based on blog content without independent professional advice.
